I consider myself a loyal Marriott guy and stay at Marriott for all my business travel. I've never been dissatisfied with a Marriott stay....... until today. No hot water at all in the Courtyard Marriott Toronto Airport!! At first, they said it would be fixed in one hour. Two hours later, still no hot water. My business meeting won't wait. No shower. Not good! I can't find a Marriott contact number on the website to register a complaint. Who can I speak with to get compensation? The 2,000 points offered by the front desk is ridiculously low. Thanks!
