I filled a complaint with customer care and was told to expect a response in 3-5 business days. After 15 business days I received a reply from hotel property. The reply did not address the issues and had false information. I contacted customer with this information. I received reply that hotel had and would not be addressing the issue anymore and nothing more could be done. I gave this hotel my business and got rewarded with a "knife in the back". Thanks Courtyard by Marriott. Respectfully yours Gary Peterson
