Need Corporate Marriott Contact Info

Long story short, I am having huge issues with a Marriott property I just got back from.
They are charging me for a complimentary upgrade, $1,200 and will not refund my money.
Called GM of hotel, and customer care and nobody will help me out.  All standing by property.
I am a Lifetime Platinum Premiere Elite member, and should not be treated like this.
Does anyone have any contact information for someone high up at the Marriott corporate office or high up at Marriott?
Please help!!!
