Also some of the replies on here prompt me to think some users work for Marriott. Why else would you take exception to a rant or frustration being expressed.
so here’s a fact void of emotions. Complaint submitted 5 days ago with reservation number and folio - no reply yet. Overcharges remain on my credit card.
charbellouiskaram, You might want to consider disputing the 'overcharges' with your credit card company, which will force the property to respond or concede.
