I was just wondering if anyone knows when roll over nights are usually credited? My account shows all zeros after Jan 1. No sure if it is just an issue for me or not?
I recently asked the same question. if thry can zero it out they should be able to subtract.
Usually in a week or two. They probably want to get all the 2017 stays into the system before rolling over.
Knowing Marriott IT, it’s probably a pain in the butt to back credit stays after rolling over the system.
Your account probably shows all zeros in the new site, but your 2017 (current) totals in the old site. uatraveler1k, at least Marriott IT fixed the problem! (by eliminating it altogether...)
