Does anyone know if the community managers are off these days? I have had an issue with my social media accoun s for a long time and tried to follow up with them but in vain.
The communitymanagers are around and helpful. You just need to tag them as I have done above. Use the @ symbol and type their handle, it pops up, select it and ask away. If it’s a private matter, go to direct messages to have a conversation with them that way. Hope this helps, and that you get your issue resolved.
i have indeed had a private conversion with them. They used to reply and then stoped reolying for a week or so and hence the question. Thanks a lot for taking the time to reply.
monyrewards, I’ve found Whitney, Andrew, Beth et al, to be most helpful. So, it’s disappointing to hear your issue is lost in the shuffle. They have often directed people to the “Get Help” tab to ask for ”Support” on an issue so that the issue can be logged, tracked and followed up on. Perhaps if you haven’t done that already, it might give you another avenue of approach. Good luck!
