I am currently at The Saints Key West property. Booked a room that is below par apparently, more like holiday inn express quality. Front desk service is lacking, and unprofessionaL. As a platinum member, I expect to see some benefits from spending lots of $ at your properties. The one time I ask for a different room or an upgrade, they ask me to pay the difference. I am eligible for a upgrade when a room is available (which it is), why do I not get that upgrade!!!???? Front desk is useless. I would like this remedied asap. Otherwise I’m taking my business/company somewhere else. If it wasn’t such a busy time of year, I’d find me another hotel.
