We stayed at the AC Hotel in National Harbor, Washington DC area recently. This was my first experience with the brand and their employees and I couldn't be more pleased! Kiera Spriggs, our guest service representative was outstanding. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for my wife and I and 1 for my teenage sons. When we first checked in I was told that there were no adjoining rooms and that we'd be at opposites ends of the hallway. Not good for obvious (teenage boy) reasons. Kiera went out of her way to not only find us adjoining rooms but upgraded mine to a balcony suite and put us on the harbor side for amazing views of the harbor and all the holiday lights. She kept apologizing for the time it took to do this - but I was more than happy to wait as she went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you Kiera for representing AC Hotel and the Marriott brand with excellence!
