Mobile Check In Issues

I have been having issues with the app for several weeks now and have reached out three tones with no luck getting any help with the problem.  I have updated my iOS as well as the app itsel, deleted and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in and even changed my password entirely and am still having the same issues when trying to do a mobile check in or mobile check out.



Each time I try to utilize the mobile check in or check out via the Marriot app I continue to get an error banner at the top of the app page that says “access token is invalid”.


It will not allow me to complete the mobile check in process via the app and after my stay I am not able to use the mobile checkout feature either. This makes the app completely useless to me. I’ve attached a screenshot of the error as it pops up.  Please someone help!
