comp..pngWhen an industry, let's say the hotel industry, feels (or knows) that there are no real competitors, does that industry need to have a robust and viable loyalty program?

What is the incentive if the customer has nowhere else to turn?

Is there a rationale to try to gather new business when you are the only business in the marketplace?

What new customer base would be enthralled with a loyalty program?
