Virtually every stay I make ends with a breakfast buffet. Rather than waiting around for the bill to be added to my account and then walk over to the front desk to wait in line for a printed copy, I rely on downloading the final bill from the Marriot website once I return from the trip. This saves time and its already electronic which makes it easy to upload into my expense reporting program.
Recently, there appears to be a change to the Activity page on the Marriott website and you can "see" your bill but you can't download it.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem and can anyone from Marriott explain why this change was made?
