Stayed 3 weeks ago in Manhattan. Filed a missing stay request over a week ago. Nada. How long should I wait to escalate to the community managers ?
We are sorry to hear you are still waiting on a response. If you would be able to send us a Customer Support form we can look in to this for you. Please make sure to select "missing stay" on the form and attach your folio from a desktop computer.

If I didn't get the points posted to my account by a week after checkout, I CALL Marriott customer service & get it rectified before I hang up!
Typically they'll contact the property directly to get an e-copy of the folio & verify my spend, posting the points immediately
