Who shall I contact about a terrible stay?! I am really no much of s complained but I have never had such difficulty getting a room cleaned and other issues. I have several pics & videos.
The communitymanagers, will advise you. However, sometimes on Towns which are franchised it is better to bark out on TripAdvisor or Twitter or any of the social media sites.

Please submit a Customer Support form (choose the option for missing stay, as it allows you to upload attachments from your desktop computer to the form). Please include your reservation number and any other information you think would be helpful.
