On a recent trip to the capital of Canada we were fortunate to be checked into the Ottawa Marriott Hotel by Carson Gravely, the Customer Service Manager. As I have severe asthma my husband enquired about the use of strongly scented cleaning products. Carson offered us a room on a floor where hypo-allergenic products are used even though we had not specified that at the time of booking. He was very kind and helpful and insured that our stay at the Ottawa Marriott was excellent. We are very happy to nominate Carson Gravely for the Spirit to Serve Award as he indeed provided exceptional service.
