Hello Marriot Rewards,
My name is Parishudh and started using Marriott for more than 3 years and I am the platinum member.
Recently I applied for Marriot Rewards credit card and I have called for some clarification regarding recent promotion that I received from Marriott.
The call was initially forwarded to Chase Bank and they told they are not responsible for the promotion regarding card promotions with Marriott.
When I reached out to Marriott they told that they are not responsible for card questions. They put me on hold and cut my call without answering and didn’t even bothered to call me back.
I tried chatting with Marriot Rewards in Facebook in the page https://www.facebook.com/marriottrewards/ and still no response.
Forget about clarifying my question.
Is this the way Marriot treats their loyalty members?
