It seems Marriott has an issue with rewards for AC hotels. Almost Every time I stay with them I do not get night or point Credit until after I contact Customer Care. This is a huge flaw in the system where Marriott is defrauding thousands of its loyal customers.
It only happens with AC hotel brand. I’m still trying
to get my night credits, earned points, mega bonus points, and extra points for not doing breakfast. Why should I have to do the work after every stay?
This glaring issue seems like a class action legal mess and lawsuit waiting to happen.
