I was just on the phone with a customer service rep for an hour trying to book a trip to Maui six months from now. I wanted to use a combination of cash and points but there was no availability for four straight days on any Marriott Resort Property in Maui for April, May or June 2018. However, there is availability if you are paying all cash! This rewards program has ZERO integrity to me now! Totally disappointed!
The customer service rep was awesome! She was equally as shocked and tried for an hour to piece together a stay for me.
