I booked a stay for 40K points and $350 cc charge. The hotel charged 100K points and nothing to the cc. I asked them to correct and then they charged $650 to the cc and refunded all the points. Again, I explained and asked them to correct. They deducted 100K points and left the $650 charge.
I replied to my Customer Care email and never heard back.
Does anyone know how to escalate an issue when nobody will get back to you?
