I know this hotel is new and looks good, however, compared to other similar hotels in the city it seems expensive. As a Platinum Guest, if I receive my benefits( upgrade and free breakfast in particular) this hotel comes much more into line. There do not seem to be any hard and fast rules relating to AC and benefits. I have tried to contact the hotel to clarify the situation by telephone but on each occasion nobody has answered and there does not appear to be an e-mail address for the hotel either. I have provisionally booked a room elsewhere but a few Marriott points would be welcome but I refuse to pay over the odds for my room.
