We booked a block of 15 rooms for two nights for my daughter's destination wedding in Jacksonville at The Springhill Suites on 13550 Airport Court. More than half of our guests (including myself) did NOT receive housekeeping services!! I was extremely embarrassed by this. Marriott has a certain reputation amd I NEVER expected this to happen. I am looking to get one night's refund for the 8 rooms affected. Has anyone else dealt with such an issue?
