Platinum amenity guarantee not honored

had a stay from 10-2 to 10-5 at the San Antonio Jw Marriott resort, I have a confirmation and receipt Witt reward number however at check in was not offered platinum welcome amenity and at checkout dont see the stay posting.

how do I invoke the $100 platinum amenity guarantee ? Appreciate any pointers
