I stayed at the Key Bridge Marriott on 9/18-9/18 and ordered room service. I wasn’t given an item receipt needed for expense. I asked for it once, I asked for it twice. I called the platinum line. each time I was promised this itemized receipt, emailed or under my door. I STILL DONT HAVE THE RECEIPT. I’ve spent over an hour trying to get something i should have been given and now I’m livid. 238 nights this year, lifetime Platinum. Would Hilton group treat their members this way and waste their time!? I just want the itemized receipt or the item removed from my bill, charged back to my credit card and a new bill showing it removed.
Who do I have to contact at Marriott to get this done? I’m going to start reaching out to C Suite executives on LinkedIn next.
