Escalate an email beyond standard customer service

I have had bad luck going the regular customer service email route as I get kicked back to the hotel managers, so I am hoping to find out who I can email for a larger issue. I have had major issues at the last three Marriott hotels I have stayed at and I am hugely disappointed. I have a longer trip planned at a Marriott over the holiday season and I want to share my concerns as I am worried about my upcoming trip. Who can I contact? Thank you
