I wish to nominate Roxi from the concierge lounge at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami for a Spirit to Serve award. I'm not sure, but I think she mentioned that she is an intern at the hotel. If so, Marriott would do well to keep her. She was friendly and engaging, asking if we needed any assistance during breakfast and offering suggestions of places to visit or dine around the city.
Unlike many CLs, cold bottled water was not out for guests to take. Roxi asked us if we would like a couple bottles before we left the lounge and we gladly accepted. It's those little extras that go a long way and demonstrate the Marriott Spirit to Serve.
