I've just had a negative experience with SPG Customer Service over the phone, and it makes me curious as to how others view the service of SPG, especially over the phone. My expectation with reps on the phone for every company is generally low: no one does phone service very well. This one, with Rick, was just particularly frustrating, relying on "just following procedure" rather than resolving the issue through reason and making the customer feel like a valued person instead of a problem to solve.
How has your experience been with SPG phone reps? What do you expect when the merger is complete?
