Per the rewards program, you are supposed to receive 1 night credit for every $3,000 spent. I was not always consistent in checking each month, but after having some issues with points and night stay credits last month, I have been paying attention. I started last month with 64 night credits. I spent over $15,000 on my card this past month. I did get the points, but no additional night credits were added. I have called twice already and have been told that it had been corrected, but to date, I am still sitting at 64 nights when I should be at 69. Its frustrating that something that is supposed to be automatic is so difficult to obtain.
