Ethics and customer service - missing in Kolkata

I informed JW Marriott Kolkata that I would be covering my customers room costs and limited incidentals. When I checked out I was told that there were two additional room charges, I name I recognized and one I did not. They could not explain the difference and changed the room bill.

Now months afterwards,they contacted me and I asked for clarification. Today they contacted my customer and directly and said that I refused to pay. VERY embarrassing!!!

I spend 200 nights a year in Marriot, over 100 lifetime and direct my staff to stay at Marriot and hold company events there.

NO MORE!!! Hurt my business and I will no longer support you.
