This place is in terrible condition top to bottom.  The walls are nicked up throughout the halls and rooms.  There are old cabinet/desk installs partially removed.  Carpet looks like it came from a frat house.  Elevator looks like someone beat it with a sledge hammer and its a terrifying extremely slow ride.  We were only staying a night to catch a flight so we did not have to tolerate it much.  Marriott needs to address this property (franchisee/licensee).
