Exclusive Rate Bonus Points not posting

I will occasionally pay extra for the Exclusive Rate with Bonus points. The last 3 stays, I have had to contact Marriott each time to get them posted. Is anyone else having these issues? I've had this issue before, but never 3 stays in a row. Customer service can't even see that the rates I purchased includes bonus points!


There is also no proof in reservations for the bonus points I should be receiving, just a "Marriott Member Exclusive Rate" in the reservation email. It's frustrating to say the least that I have to contact Marriott every time I get these exclusive rates. It would be nice to have the details of the rate in the reservation email as proof. I've had a sales manager tell me that they don't offer it at their hotel, even though I picked the bonus point rate! Thanks to Mods here, it got solved, but lately its been very frustrating!
