What is the corporate Marriott number of Customer Care? My wife and daughter attended their family reunion in Gaineville, GA this weekend and stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for 3 nights. Even though her night stay was pleasure, she had a bad experience with the breakfast where the hot food was not replenished in a timely matter, had to wait, breakfast area was not kept clean, etc. She showed me pictures that she took. We never experienced this at any Marriott property until this past weekend. She informed the hotel and they gave her a phone number for the manager on duty Monday morning. She called this morning and they gave her 5000 points. Now, to me 5000 points will not get you a free stay at any Marriott. I wanted to contact Corporate office with her complaint and pictures. Personally, I think she should be award at least enough points for one night day at Category 5. Both of us are Gold Elite.
