Does anyone have issues with the APP and mobile check in? Once again I checked in on my laptop yesterday and changed my floor preference, then today checked the APP which said I was not checked in. So I checked in again on the APP, got to the hotel and of course they are sold out and cannot honor my floor preferences.
I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk who said 'I don't know anything about the APP" which is about as helpful as I find these day. Platinum Premier here BTW.
