Missing stays submitted and no response from Marriott even it stated it will get back to me within 10 business days. What is the next step?
In the menu bar above is the Get Help button. Fill out the request form and one of the Insiders team will look into it for you. Or, you can call Marriott Rewards customer service. I've had very good luck going that route. Usually the problem has been resolved while I was on the phone.

Sometimes it takes a little while for the missing stay to be applied to the account. I found if the front desk clerk does not enter the membership number into the system beforehan, it probably will need to be manually processed. A pretty good clue is if the clerk acknowledges your membership status at check-in.
