Let me recap: foul odors, construction noise, smoking rooms on same floor with non-smoking rooms, bad coffee in CL, an overall poor customer experience and mice in the hotel. The excellent staff notwithstanding, how can they ask for 180,000 points for my upcoming 5 night stay? I've sent emails to discuss and after 3-4 days they reply and assure me I'll have a renovated non-smoking room. But mice in the hotel?
