Who do I contact about not receiving the 80,000 bonus points?

We signed up for the MR card in December of 2016.  By the second statement we had reached the $3000.00 spending mark but we have still not received the 80,000 bonus points.  We met the 3 month timeline and have never had the MR card before.  Has anyone run into this before?  I've searched the forum and haven't been able to find any instances of it taking this long to receive points.  Also, does anyone know if I need to contact Chase or Marriott to have this corrected?
