Hertz Rental

Hi everybody,

I have rented a car with Hertz between the 21st and 22nd of April 2017, and when at the phone with the Hertz operator I provided my Marriott rewards number and the CDP code for discount (and I got a fair 10% off for a 2-days rent).

 

Nevertheless, it's been far more than 10 days since the "check out" date, but still I can't see the 2.000 Marriott points promised posted on my account.

 

I am not a Hertz rewards member, and so I don't really know who to contact in order to see clear about this situation  (and of course get my points posted ).

 

could anyone help?
