So, I cashed in some Vacation points to stay 2 nights at Royal Palms on our Orlando trip at the end of this month. Yesterday I got an email from Royal Palms confirming those reservations with a short check-list of my preferences and interests. This morning I get a response saying they will try to accommodate to the best of their ability. A very detailed explanation of check in and check out.
Overall, I am impressed with the communication of the resort. Good Job Marriott, hoping the stay is just as impressive.
