When I tried a reward stay for 3 nights it shows up as 210k points indicating 70k points / night which is a tier 5 hotel.
Also in the below link you can find it listed as tier 5

Hi goldenboy & ks83 - We have done a little digging and were able to find out that this property is actually a Category 5 hotel, which requires a base amount of 25,000 points per night for redemption stays. If you are viewing an upgraded room, and often times this can be what the hotel has available, it will require upgrade certificates which can increase the amount of points per night.
