Problems with Rewards Customer Service

i just got off phone with Customer Service agent John Wayne.  He was not understanding the frustration of the billing issue I was talking about and let me know he was hanging up on me.  I asked who his supervisor was and he said there was "no one above him than God, and that I wasn't above either".  He then promptly hung up.  Anyone else have issues like this?
