Is there anyway except confirmation email to check for past reservation on the Marriott.com?
If not, How's everyone remember for the missing stay?
Since I sent to the reception for the eFolio, always got nothing.
Not helpful but I have a rule in my email that saves all confirmations, sends to tripit and also saves my bill (email). Without a confirmation # not certain there is a way
Go to Account Activity and use pull-down and select how far back you want to go up to past 12 months. You can filter on type of activity - hotel stay. This will list your stays that you received credit for.
That's the problem.
What if it's missing stay?
If we don't keep the booking mail, there's no way to check.
Marriott will be able to pull up past reservations. You must have an idea about the dates and the property, with that info they can search the database. Especially if your Marriott Rewards account was attached to the reservation, it should be really easy.
To narrow down your search, log on to Chase and look at the charge history on your Chase VISA card. All of your Marriott stays will be listed under the "travel" section of your year end statement summaries. Once you find the appropriate charge, calling Chase might provide you with additional detail you can use when following up with Marriott Rewards.
