RewardsPlus wrong MileagePlus number

I'm trying to use the RewardsPlus website to upgrade my United MileagePlus account to silver status. However, it keeps pulling up my old MileagePlus account. Is there a way to change which account it is setting the status on?


I've tried calling Marriott Rewards and having them change the linked account on my profile as well as asking United to merge the two accounts (keeping only my new one). AFAIK the merge has not completed yet, maybe I just need to wait for that to happen?
