I updated the Marriott App on my iPhone last weekend and since then the only app request I can make is to check-in at a hotel and contact the hotel by phone (after arriving at the hotel).
The ability to make requests through the App either before or after arrival at the hotel has gone, as has the ability to use the App to check out.
Uninstalling the App and reinstalling it has made no difference.
Anyone have any idea whether this is a known problem with the latest version of the App? Is it likely to be hotel specific, so it will work as it used to at other hotels?
Hmm, I have the upgraded app on my iPhone with iOS 10.2.1 and it works fine. Can check in, make requests, etc. Seeing your location, wonder if it has anything to do with you being in the UK. Don't know why that should make a difference tho.
