When I try to submit missing points. It gives me Error 500. See attached.
What should I do?
The challenge is my hotel has multiple time confirmed that they have submitted my nights and stay but it is not reflecting here.
I decided to upload request myself but everytime it gives me this error. With or without an attachment.
Any help would be good.

The best way to resolve a missing points issue is by calling the Marriott Rewards Customer Service folks (the phone # is on the back of your CC). They have always been very responsive when I have gad issues.
