Just wanted to say my recent stay was very disappointing. Gold, platinum shortly, I booked my room at The Lodge a month in advanc and I thought Awesome! I can use some cash and points enjoy my elite member perks, fly my family out from Florida, it'll be great. I got a room with a view of the asphalt roof which the front desk made it sound like the best room on the property. No upgrade, not a check up, not a thing. Worst guest service ever not to mention the elite guest service, not even hello good bye when I walked in and out the door. I couldnt imagine there was a worse room I could have been given or that the guest service could be that bad. Yes, I know your renovating which is about don, just some of the cottage and I understand if there is no upgrade but really, why would you give me the worst room.
Ive never written a bad hotel review but they earned it and I'll never stay at a Renaissance property again.
