I made a reservation online recently, and yesterday hen I noticed that for the exact same room type and price, in a separate tab, there is Members offer tab, with free breakfast. I contacted the customer service and the representative wasn't even willing to look at this member package offer pricing. She kept cutting me mid sentence to repeat that my reservation cannot be changed. I am not looking to change the reservation, but I was hoping to have the breakfast included since I paid the exact same price and satisfy the rate requirements as well. I told her that I have screenshots, but no help whatsoever.
It is somewhat annoying that there are quite a few different prices for the same room, spread across the website, and I don't get the best offer by default. I thought the advantage of reserving through your website would be get to get the best price, at least for the elite members.
