I Recently reserved a room with points and then had to cancel the stay. I cancelled within the timeframe allowed but haven't gotten points returned back to my account. Any ssuggestions? I've logged out and back in but no change. Thanks
Call customer service. As long as you have the cancellation notification they will update your points.

Great advice, pey & jerryl! When members use points for a stay, a Rewards certificate is created. In order to make sure you receive the points back after you've canceled the reservation, you will also need to cancel this certificate. Calling our Rewards representatives is a great way to have this handled quickly, however, we can always help here on Insiders. Feel free to reach out to myself, or any of our community managers, with your Rewards number and details of the canceled stay. We'd be happy to look into this for you.
FYI....If you had a free night certificate, they may have used that instead of deducting points. If that was the case, check to see if your free night is back.
