Thank You Yeilly P. For Such Great Service at NYC Herald Square Marriott

A great hotel visit often begins at check in, and I was fortunate to be checked in by Yeilly P. at the NYC Herald Square Marriott.  We arrived early, and though Yeilly offered to check us in immediately, she said that if we waited, she could get us a much better room. She called the bellman who took are bags, and we returned later in the day. Upon our return, Yeilly went out of her way to recognize my Platinum level status, upgraded us to a great executive corner room (with a fantastic view, plenty of room, fridge, etc.). Yeilly made sure we received complimentary Starbucks coffee in the morning, and that we would be happy with our accommodations. She presented her business card and let us know we should call if we needed any assistance during our stay. It all begins at the front desk, and employees like this help make Marriott a great place to stay. Thanks to Yeilly P. and Collin (the front desk manager) for a great visit. We would be happy to return
