Yet another frustrated MegaBonus attempt

Hi - I too have been trying to sign up and get the same error message as everyone else. I have made 3 calls to the platinum line and been told, "okay we have signed you up" but I am still not signed up. Sent 2 e-mails via Contact Us and gotten no response. Hilton Honors is starting to look pretty good...

any suggestions? Well over 90 minutes invested so far....
