seems like everybody is having the same exact problem registering for this current MegaBonus 2x points promotion
why can't Marriott Rewards fix the issue? or simply auto-enroll all of their elite members?
having to e-mail Customer Care to get registered or having to call 1-800 to have my point adjusted is time-consuming & definitely not user-friendly
I'm a huge Marriott fan & tell everybody how much I love the Rewards program, but I'm disappointed in this issue not being fully resolved ASAP
