Many of us have noticed that Marriott's IT is no longer at the bleeding edge (to be kind). I have found that when I time out on either Insiders or when looking at hotels, the system seems incapable of recovering. If I'm on Insiders, after I log back in, I am taken to Marriott Rewards and have to navigate back to Insiders. If I'm searching for a hotel, the system erases all my search parameters if I time out. Upon logging back in, I have to reinsert all my search parameters. Has anybody found any workarounds to avoid these difficulties?
