My colleagues and I were staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Gaithersburg, MD on Feb. 15, 2017. Our FedEx guaranteed 8:00 AM delivery still had not arrived at 9 AM and we needed it for a 10 AM meeting. Alex Rose, the front desk associate, went into immediate action. She looked up the 2 closest FedEx facilities and said, "I will call this one, you call the other one." She even went as far as texting the FedEx driver to help us find our package. She never hesitated to jump in and help us and it was greatly appreciated!
